What makes your shop special?

Every piece here has a story. Some are lovingly handmade, some are thoughtfully curated treasures, and others are custom crafted just for you. Nothing arrives by accident, everything is chosen with intention, imagination, and a sprinkle of magic. ✨

Are all your items handmade?

Most are handmade by me (Hi, I'm Cristina!), while others are curated from talented makers whose craftsmanship aligns with the heart of this shop.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! That's actually how I got started and one of my favorite adventures. As of now, I only take custom orders for bags and accessories, not clothing just yet. Click here to be taken to the custom order's tab.

Can I make changes after approving the design? 

Changes are only available after approval before sewing prep has begun. I do keep you updated on your custom order, so please reach out ASAP if you need to make changes and haven't been notified of sewing prep.

Do you offer digital mockups before creating the item? 

Yes, I do! Before I begin sewing, I’ll create a simple digital mockup so you can see the layout, colors, and overall idea of your custom piece. My true magic is in the stitching, not in fancy graphic design, so the mockup won’t be overly elaborate, but it will clearly show the vision and help us make sure we’re on the same page before your piece comes to life.

What happens if I don’t like the final design? 

I want you to feel excited about your custom piece, which is why we go through a clear approval process before I begin sewing. You’ll receive a digital mockup to review, and I won’t start creating until you’ve given the “yes, that’s it!”

Because each custom item is made just for you, changes after completion are limited. However, if something feels off or unexpected when you receive your piece, please reach out to me.

Can you recreate an item that has sold out?

Absolutely! Just reach out to me through the custom orders tab.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, I do! Our items make perfect gifts for everyone. Make sure to add the gift wrap option to your cart before placing your order. Then, click here to write your message for the recipient.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because many items are handmade or custom, returns or exchanges are currently not accepted. That said, I always want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping isn't available at the moment (our little shop is still stretching its wings) ((Side Note - I say "our" in some of my answers because it sounds more professional, but I am a one-woman shop!)), but we're working behind the scenes to make it possible soon. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified of shop updates.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Ready‑to‑ship items are usually processed & shipped within 3–5 business days, but I always do my best to ship out sooner than that! Custom pieces take longer and is discussed beforehand.

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier’s pace. You will always receive a tracking number once your order is shipped out to you.*

*Sticker-only orders are shipped via standard postage mail, therefore, no tracking number will be available for those orders, but rest assured you will receive a message letting you know when it's on its way.

Do you offer rush orders?

If you’re on a tight timeline, please message me before ordering so I can confirm if this is possible. Rush fees will apply.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! I pack every order with love and care, but sometimes rough handling happens in transit. Once a package leaves the shop, it is out of my control, but your package is fully insured! If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Be sure to keep the damaged item(s) and all original packaging for claim reference.
